Ratchet Rivets – Barbed Snap Rivet

Usage of Ratchet Rivets

Ratchet rivets are plastic fasteners that are easy to assemble without tools. Made up of two identical pieces, they quickly snap together to secure both rigid and flexible panels, providing a practical and fast solution for various assemblies.

Advantages of Ratchet Rivets

• High stability and hold: Ensure a solid and durable fastening for industrial applications.
• Corrosion-resistant: Ideal for environments exposed to moisture and chemicals.
• Good resistance to shocks and heat: Withstand temperatures ranging from -20°C to 150°C (depending on the application), while maintaining their mechanical properties.

Varieties of Ratchet Rivets

Available in PA66 (polyamide 66) for better thermal and mechanical resistance, with customizable color grades and available in various shapes and sizes to suit specific needs.

Applications of Ratchet Rivets

Used in various sectors such as:

• Automotive: Fixing bumpers, hoods, seats, trim, seals, and other components.
• Home Appliances: Assembly of household appliances with reliable fastening.
• HVAC: Assembling components in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Assembly: A fast and effective fastening solution in manufacturing processes.

Ratchet rivets are an ideal choice for fast, stable, and durable assembly across a wide range of industrial applications.
