Blind assembly with cage nuts

Cage nut systems

For structural assemblies subjected to higher mechanical loads, we offer cage nuts(blind nuts) as an industrialized alternative to rivet nuts (Böllhoff, Bossard, Titgemeyer, etc.).

These systems are designed for fast blind installation on pre-punched sheet metal.

Technical features:

  • Quick front-side installation, suitable for series production
  • Excellent thread retention and assembly repeatability
  • Suitable for medium to high load applications

Cage nuts are available in M5, M6, and M8 versions.
A recently developed 9×9 format, also compatible with painted sheet metal, meets the punching standards used by several European vehicle outfitters (Gentili, Aluca, Sortimo, etc.), facilitating system integration.
